Shipping & Delivery
• All the products ordered within the UAE will be delivered within 3-5 working days and our delivery timings across the emirates are 10 PM to 10 PM.
• Original shipping charges and customs duties and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
• Cash On Delivery (COD) is only available in the UAE.
• First order discount WILL NOT be applicable on sale and offer items. discount will only apply to non-discounted products only.
• For most shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
